  • Analytics and Reporting: Providing insights and reports to measure marketing effectiveness.

  • Ownership: All content created by Automated Medi, including text, graphics, logos, and images, remains the intellectual property of Automated Medi unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • License: Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content solely for their intended purposes.

  • Restrictions: Clients may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without prior written consent from Automated Medi.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of services.

8. Termination

  • By You: You may terminate your use of our services at any time by providing written notice to us.

  • By Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will cease, and you must promptly discontinue all use of our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automated Medi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past six months.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Automated Medi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

The arbitration shall take place in Florida, U.S.A., and the language of arbitration shall be English. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
